GLOBAL G.A.P. certification is a globally recognized standard for agricultural distribution, focusing on “food safety,” “environmental sustainability,” and “labor safety.” It requires rigorous management of safety in production processes, with strict limitations on pesticide and fertilizer use, as well as careful monitoring of water, soil safety, and environmental impact.

Production area
- Garlic is grown in Shingo Village, located at the northernmost tip of Honshu, Japan.
- In Shingo Village, heavy snowfall in winter allows the garlic to accumulate a natural sweetness beneath the snow.
- To produce high-quality and delicious black garlic, we manage everything from soil preparation, cultivation, harvesting, manufacturing, to sales.
- In Shingou Village, Aomori Prefecture (the northernmost region of Japan), we employ men and women from ages 20 to 80, engaging the entire community in black garlic production.

Black Garlic
Black garlic is a nutrient-rich garlic cultivated by Aomori Farm and aged for two months. It is characterized by a texture and sweetness similar to dried fruit.

Herai Garlic
Herai Garlic is a premium brand of garlic cultivated by Aomori Farm, specifically the Fukuchi White Rokuhen variety. It is characterized by its snow-white color and large, firm cloves.
